Actually, though
A two-second penalty added to a finished solve. The most common cause is stopping the timer with one face still turned — if it is off by 45 degrees or less you get +2; more than that and it is a DNF.
Unlike a DNF the solve still counts, so a 9.87 with a +2 simply becomes an 11.87 and sits in your average like any other time.
